6. Product offer and conclusion of contract
   (1) The offer on our website or on other sales platforms represents a non-binding invitation to submit an offer.
   (2) The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the ordered goods.

7. Prices and payment terms
   (1) The prices quoted include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
   (2) Payment shall be made using the payment method chosen by the customer. All payments must be made before the products are shipped.

8. Individualization and personalization of products
   (1) Many of our products, especially guest gifts such as honey jars, are custom-made according to the customer's specifications. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (e.g., text, names, dates).
   (2) Since the products are manufactured specifically to customer specifications, no liability can be accepted for errors resulting from incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

9. Delivery and shipping
   (1) Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
   (2) Delivery times vary depending on the product and customization and will be communicated to the customer prior to ordering. Delivery times begin on the day payment is received.

10. Cancellations and returns
    (1) Since the products offered are individualized goods manufactured according to customer specifications, cancellation or return of the goods after conclusion of the contract is excluded.
    (2) Should the goods be delivered damaged or defective, the statutory warranty rights apply. In this case, we ask the customer to contact us immediately.

11. Liability
    (1) We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.
    (2) Liability for consequential and indirect damages is excluded.

12. Retention of title
    (1) The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

13. Data protection
    (1) We take the protection of your personal data seriously. All personal data we collect as part of your order will be used exclusively to process your order and will not be shared with third parties.

14. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
    (1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
    (2) The place of jurisdiction is Hanover (Lower Saxony, Germany), provided that the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

15. Final provisions
    (1) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
    (2) Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
